Our Social Impact
Our enterprise continues to evolve as we are incorporating on-the-job construction trades training. As of 2018, we measure impact through the amount of affordable housing we can offer to the community.
To-date, we have rented to a family of 5 with overall housing costs being less than 1/3rd of their income, which meets our criteria of providing housing that is affordable and financially sustainable. We have 2 units that are under renovation and due to come on line July 2018.
